Harassment

What does it mean to be harassed?

I would really like to know.

I would like to know how someone else can't see that they are harrassing you.

But what do you do?

There isn't much to be done since there is no backup.

It isn't sexual.

It is just harrassing.

And.it.is.exhausting.

Hi Lauren,

I'm sorry to hear you're being harassed! That's awful!!

I wanted to thank you for always leaving such nice comments on my blog. I really appreciate it. :)

Best wishes to you and your family always!

Sincerely,
Amy

Hm. Is this a work situation? Have you tried pointing out to the evil harasser that their behavior is not desired? And then have you tried stapling your concerns in writing to their forehead with those really large staples?

'Cause that worked for me. Just make sure the writing is facing them so they can read it more easily. That way you show your considerate nature.

Yuck.... have you tried the cold shoulder routine... that totally sucks... want me to rough them up?... im short but can give a mean stare and be quite imtimidating when i put my mind to it

Sorry to hear someone is harrassing you? Can you give any more details?

Hmmm, I would probably go the ignoring way too. Although, being the sarcastic-cutting-one-liner-kinda gal that I am, I would most likely preface my ignoring with a
smart-ass comment.

I would love to just give the cold shoulder but she is kind of my boss. And I am always walking on egg shells never knowing which personality will show up (late) today.
Thanks everyone. It really helps.

Holy crap! Do you here in my office? I work in a department with 3 people. The boss, myself and a part-timer. Part-timer & I SWEAR that boss-lady is bi-polar.

We never know who will be here. It's either sweet as pie, funny, cool-boss-lady or Her Wretchedness-why-can't-you-people-do-anything-right-boss-lady.

Oh no. I've had one of those in the past. I wish I had words of wisdom, because I know how stressful it is. In lieu of any advice, just know I feel for you and I'm pulling for you.
